What data we receive
Via the booking form: your name, phone number, chosen clinic, comment (if you left one), the site language and page from which you sent the request, and advertising tags (UTM) if you followed an ad link.
We don't ask for and don't need medical data. Please don't include diagnoses or other health information in the form.

Only to contact you, book an appointment and answer your questions.
Who receives the data
Requests go to the dental clinic's administrators via a secure work chat in Telegram. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long it's kept
Requests are kept only as long as needed to book and contact you, and no longer than 12 months. After that they're deleted. The site owner can clarify the retention period.
Cookies
The site doesn't use advertising cookies. If analytics is added in the future, we'll ask for your consent and update this page.
Your rights
You can ask for your data to be deleted or corrected, and withdraw your consent. To do so, use the booking form and write your request in the comment.
